Telecom Fiji opens new contact centre
Telecom Fiji has opened a new contact centre on the island of Ba, which the telco’s chairman Felix Anthony says will “herald a new era in customer service”.
The new centre will help customers requiring information on TFL products and services, billing enquiries, fault reports and general information. “The introduction of the contact centre heralds a new era in customer service, which will result in consistent high quality service to TFL’s customers, and reduce costs and inefficiencies,” Anthony said.
“The customer care centre will improve value and usefulness for our customers by providing a single point of contact, calls answered efficiently,” he said. Anthony said staff at the Ba customer care centre were highly-skilled in telephone and customer services.
