New BPO partnership for Fiji

Fijian Holdings (FHL), has entered an exclusive partnership with global IT company The Digital Group (TDG) to provide comprehensive BPO solutions and services to clients in Fiji and the South Pacific.

FHL’s IT subsidiary Clariti will use the deal to expand its services into disaster recovery, business continuity and risk management so it could offer a full portfolio of services to its clients. A statement from FHL said Clariti and TDG were in talks to further strengthen and promote the Fiji BPO outsourcing industry.

This would be done by bringing in global expertise to power new initiatives and extend the BPO and contact centre industries established on the Indian subcontinent into Fiji. “TDG is committed to extending its global reach and expertise to Fiji and has laid out a long term strategy of building up ICT services, customer support, call centre and back office operations to service customers in Fiji, the South Pacific Islands, Australia, New Zealand and the US,” said TDG’s Jai Krishnan.
