IPscape delivers disaster recovery for Teleperformance
Australian hosted contact centre company IPscape has been chosen by global outsourcer Teleperformance USA for its disaster recovery service.
The IPscape service protects against business interruption with its hosted contact centre software and voice connectivity. When disaster strikes, inbound 1300 numbers get terminated to the IPscape tele-housing facility which agents can connect to remotely.
“Business interruption to mission critical operations is something our clients expect us to protect against,” said Teleperformance’s Dev Mudaliar. “In looking for a Disaster Recovery option, we were highly impressed with IPscape’s flexibility and operational expertise.”
