FRCP requires archieving and retreival systems for recorded calls

The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) require that all electronically stored information relevant to a legal matter be preserved and available for discovery. For businesses that record customer interactions for compliance or quality assurance, it is critical that they have tools in place that can automatically archive and retrieve electronic interactions— including phone, email, and chat—in order to comply with these regulations (eDiscovery).
