Car-Related Call Center Opens in Kentucky
Automobile BDC, an outsourced Internet department for car dealerships, has opened a call center Lexington, KY, according to wire service reports.
The call center will employ 75 workers full-time and includes a capital investment of $100,000.
Automobile BDC allows car dealerships to outsource their Internet needs with Automobile BDC setting up sales appointments based on customer e-mails, as well as assisting dealers with online marketing.
