Individual Referral Program:
Introduce Taylor Reach to a contact center leader, and we’ll reward you for the introduction. Join the Taylor Reach Leaders Referral Program and start referring colleagues today! Membership is free, and each successful referral will earn you up to 20% commission on Taylor Reach services fees for up to two years. That’s right. All you have to do is make the introduction, and the Taylor Reach team will do the rest.

The Fine Print
We want you to succeed and we want to succeed. To be successful any partnership must be a win/win proposition. Below are the details on the compensation that you receive for making referrals to Taylor Reach;
Refer a Qualified Opportunity– When you refer us to an individual or organization that is actively seeking consulting assistance. You will receive $250 immediately and earn a commission of 15% of Taylor Reach services billing for the next two years providing this organization becomes a client within 1 year of your referral.
Required contact details: (Director level or above, name, title, company, address, phone numbers (office and mobile) and email address), Plus a briefing clearly outlining the consulting services they are seeking and/or pain points they are looking to solve.
Introduce a Qualified Opportunity Directly introduce us to an individual through email, phone or LinkedIn, (provide your profile contact details separately) where you know the individual or organization is actively seeking consulting assistance for a specific project. Providing the deal has a book value above $20,000 make the introduction and receive a $1,000 finder’s fee immediately and a commission of 20% of Taylor Reach services billing for the next two years providing this organization become a client within 1 year of your referral.
Required: An introduction by email, phone or Linked In, to the contact. Contact details: (Director level or above, name, title, company, address, phone numbers (office and mobile) and email address). Plus a briefing describing the consulting services they are seeking and/or pain points they are looking to solve.
Conditions and Caveats:
All leads and opportunity contacts must be actively employed full time by the client organization identified in the lead/opportunity description at the time of referral.
If the referral or introduction is to an active client (services billing in the past 12 months) or prospect (service proposal within the past 9 months) of Taylor Reach, no referral fee or commission will be paid. Exceptions may be made where the referral is related to a new opportunity that Taylor Reach was not previously aware of.
Finder’s fee payments will be issued once Taylor Reach has contacted the referral and confirmed their that they are actively seeking consulting services.
Dollars cited above shall be in the currency of the country where the opportunity is resident (US location US$, Canadian location Canadian $, UK location, pound sterling £, etc.)
The Partner agreement including confidentiality and mutual non-disclosure provisions must be signed prior to participating in this program.
This agreement may be changed or modified by Taylor Reach at any time by providing 30 days notice. All existing in force or underway referrals will not be affected by any future change.
